Creating a new customer account is not connected to any obligation to buy !
The registration process and the customer account is free of charge and can be cancelled at any time by both the customer and Miracle Games.

Once you have completed your registration you will receive an automatic email-confirmation which contains your MG-number and your activation code.
Please use that code to activate your account.


Bonus system:
For each order of Magic single cards you can choose to collect bonuspoints. The number of points depends on the order value (2 points for each completed Euro, i.e. 2 points when ordering for 1,98 EUR and 4 points when odering for 2,10 EUR). Bonus points are granted for each order separately, i.e. the order values of two or more different orders cannot be combined.
For receiving bonus points it is necessary that you are logged in when you order.
You may also collect bonus points at special prize draws for registered users.
You can check your customer account at any time by logging into our customer account or by sending us an email.

You can convert your bonus points into free products or store credit in your customer account.

- Convert 50 points into 1,00 EUR store credit
- Convert 100 points into 2,50 EUR store credit
- Convert 150 points into 5,00 EUR store credit
- Convert 200 points into 8,00 EUR store credit

You decide when and how many (50, 100, 150 or 200) bonus points you would like to convert into store credit. 
Remaining points will of course be saved in your account. There is also no Â´expiry dateÂ´ of store credit.
Store credit is automatically used in your next order to reduce your invoice total.

The store credit may be used for all shop articles without restrictions. If your invoice total is lower than your store credit we will save the remaining store credit in your account.
Please note that we cannot pay back store credit in cash.

Please convert your bonus points into store credit regularly because bonus points will be deleted by the system after 12 months after your last order. Store credit will remain saved indefinitely.
The bonus system can be cancelled at any time by Miracle Games. The end of the bonus system will be indicated in time, in order to give customers the chance to convert their bonus points into store credit. 

Protection of your personal data:
When registering a new account at Miracle Games you agree that your personal data (name, address, email, order comment) are permanently saved by Miracle Games for the purpose of processing your orders/inquiries.
We will not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have subscribed to our newsletter. If you would like to receive our newsletter you can subscribe to it in your customer account.
We do not sell or give your personal data to third parties.
